Crown Lifts - Lift Manufacturing

 

Crown Lifts supply a full range of passenger and goods lifts. We have a manufacturing facility which is capable of manufacturing both car and landing doors and architraves up to a four hour fire rating and can make lift cars from small service hoists through to large stainless steel or glass passenger cars.

Faster Completion

We can manufacture a set of landing doors within two weeks. Most lift companies use 3rd party suppliers for doors, extending delivery times to 10-12 weeks. As our engineering shop manufactures lift parts, it enables us to be on site within 3 weeks.

We also design and manufacture lifts ranging from standard hydraulic or traction layouts to machine-room-less (MRL) high speed multi car groups and a range of service hoists, goods hoists and car lifts.

Bespoke Design

Crown Lifts have a specialised department designing and manufacturing panoramic and glass lifts, both in enclosed glazed shafts. We also supply the open atrium type of lift, commonly known as the 'wallclimber'.

Crown are specialists in individual bespoke design solutions which incorporate features that other lift companies are not able to, such as air conditioning, edge lit glass, glass ceilings, frameless corner joints. We do not try to impose standard designs and shaft dimensions on our clients.

By being in control of the manufacture of the equipment we are able to commence work on site earlier than most other companies and our strict quality control ensures that our designs work first time.
