Crown Lifts Service department has over 2000 lifts on contract. The type of contract varies from basic caretaker lift maintenance to 24 hour comprehensive lift maintenance contracts.

Cluttons Estate Management were Crown Lift's first client, initially maintaining a small range of lifts for them. Within 6 months Cluttons expanded our maintenance portfolio, which includes some of the most prestigious residential locations in London.

Bespoke Maintenance Contracts

We are aware that our Clients have their own individual requirements and consequently our maintenance contracts can be tailored to facilitate all their particular needs and budgetary restraints.

Custom Administration Database

The day to day administration is carried out using our customised database, which enables us to ensure all service visits are carried out and the individual requirements of each client are adhered to. The database also allows us to track trends in breakdowns. When entering each call out, our operatives are shown the recent call out history. They can then relate this to the engineer who is attending the breakdown. It also alerts them to repeat calls. When the engineer has repaired the lift a fault code is entered in the database. This information is then used to assess the condition of the lift and alerts us to components which are troublesome.

Our planned maintenance programme ensures that all parts of the lift are inspected and reported on. This information is then relayed onto the client via a regular report.

Nationwide Technicians

We operate throughout the country with a team of technicians who back up our usual service engineers. Our service teams that carry out the planned maintenance operate a 24/7 service. Each service team has a modern, fully equipped vehicle. Each vehicle carries all the tools and spares required to attend to the routine day to day servicing and breakdowns. Our engineers are trained on all types and manufacture of lifts from simple goods hoists to large, multi group, high speed installations.
