Lift Modernisation / Construction Tester
Due to continued expansion, we require a skilled lift modernisation/construction tester for our team. Our work is predominantly within the M25 however the candidates should be willing to occasionally work on projects throughout the UK.
The successful candidates should have a recognised Lift Engineering qualification preferably NVQ4 and be experienced in modernisation and construction projects both hydraulic and traction. We undertake a wide range of projects including new construction however our work is predominantly modernisation or of a bespoke nature and we use control panels from with a variety of suppliers. We require testers to be able work safely, to a deadline and with the necessary skills to ensure that the high standards that we and our clients expect, are delivered. You would report to our construction department project manager.
Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and performance.

New Lift & Major Modernisation Sales Person Required.
Crown Lifts Ltd require a highly motivated professional sales person to join our enthusiastic, successful and expanding Construction Department.
Applicants must have a good knowledge of the challenges of modernising existing lifts using equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.
The successful candidate will be advising, estimating, surveying and selling new lifts and major modernisation works to our existing clients in addition to prospective new clients.
Challenges include, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving or exceeding sales objectives and serving as a consultant to customers.
The position requires the Candidate to have substantial lift engineering knowledge , proven sales and negotiation skills would be an advantage.
In addition to this, excellent organisation and communication skills are essential. Good PC knowledge would be an advantage.
Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and performance.
