Crown Lifts installed its first new lift for Cluttons in 1987 and has since branched into its repair and service departments. We are one of Cluttons preferred contractors. We service all types of lifts for Cluttons including high rise lifts in office blocks, residential blocks of flats and car lifts. We work for Cluttons offices in the Docklands, Portman Square W1, Meridian Place W1, Pelham Street in South Kensington and Maidstone.

17 Year Relationship

Over the 17 years that Cluttons and Crown Lifts have worked together the partnership has developed into a very close working relationship. Because of the size of the portfolio, Crown Lifts are able to offer Cluttons the most competitive prices. Despite the group nature of the contract, each individual lift has its own planned maintenance programme. The South Kensington area has many prestigious residential properties, with distinguished residents with personal security requirements. Crown Lifts have devised bespoke working methods of adhering to the strict security measures within their planned maintenance programmes.

British and European Health & Safety Standards

The Management of Crown Lifts and Cluttons meet regularly to discuss the portfolio in general, health & safety is top of the agenda. Cluttons are proactive in ensuring that the lifts under their management are in line with all current British and European Health & Safety standards. As an organisation they embraced the challenge brought by the Disability Discrimination Act which came into force in October 2004. They had been actively adapting their relevant properties long before this date and have budgets in place to ensure that all properties are compliant in the near future.
